We contacted Laura Lea and started just looking at homes. For about 6 months we would come into town on and off and look at more homes. Laura was very patient and helpful. As first time home buyers, we had no clue what to expect for the whole process. Laura Lea was there for every step of the way explaining everything in detail and answering every question that we had. She started work on the house search within 30 seconds of me contacting her. We were on a very tight deadline and budget but she made it happen. She answered our many questions at any hour of the day and night. Without disclosing too many details, we had a few MAJOR issues the day of closing. One of them being that we got the keys and the house wasn’t vacant. Then when we finally got possession, the sliding black door was broken and doesn’t lock. We got delayed by about 8 hours. Since we were trying to move from 2 hours away, this was a huge problem. Laura helped us find movers and cleaners at literally the last minute. We could NOT have pulled off this move without her.
